In this kitchen, facilities include a stone oven, open barbecue in the hotel’s pasture area, tandir, and rotating lamb grill. LOCANDA reflects the Turkish word for “restaurant,” also derived from the Etruscan language. Our main gastronomic principle is to present the most delicious tastes from nature’s organic products to our guests.
