CHILD RIGHTS PROTECTION POLICY

As ETRUSCAN HOTEL, we regard our Child Protection Policy as a testament to the value we place on children and their protection from any abuse or sexual exploitation that may arise from all activities within the hotel premises and from any participants related to these activities, both inside and outside the hotel.

Recognizing children as individuals, respecting their rights, and protecting them from all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other exploitations is our primary responsibility.

Our policy applies to hotel management, our employees, customers, visitors, and all guests who enter the hotel premises for any reason.

We understand that fulfilling our responsibilities to children is only possible with conscious, educated, and sensitive employees, and we provide training to our staff on these matters.

We approach children with respect and love and take necessary measures to ensure they are not negatively affected by any situation or behavior.

We inform all our employees and all guests who come to our hotel for any reason about our Child Protection Policy.

No offerings are made to children within the hotel premises and restaurant without obtaining the permission of their parents.

In any physical interactions that may occur during communication with children, inappropriate use of force, such as pushing or hitting, that contradicts our cultural behaviors, must be avoided.

Any suspicious behavior perceived as child abuse by any of our employees, guests, visitors, or suppliers must be immediately reported to hotel management.

We comply with the legal working age regulations and do not employ child labor. We only accept intern students from schools aligned with our field of activity.

  • We do not permit child labor within our hotel and expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.

  • We provide environments and opportunities within the establishment that contribute to the development of children, allowing them to express their thoughts, desires, and emotions freely and comfortably.

  • We train our employees on preventing and recognizing child abuse.

  • We ensure that children participating in activities are supervised by adults.

  • When we witness suspicious actions related to children, we inform hotel management first and seek assistance from official authorities when deemed necessary.
